Tuesdays: Hatha Yoga at 5:30 pm
Wednesdays: Yoga for Stiff Bodies at 5:30 pm
Thursdays: Yin + Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) at 7:30 pm
60-minute yoga classes
PUBLIC FITNESS CLASSES
Tuesdays & Fridays: Fitness Fusion Circuits at 11:00 am
45-minute class focused on functional movement patterns, strength, balance and having fun!
Gym Memberships or $15 Drop-ins

POLICIES
- For the convenience of our clients, training time slots are prearranged and scheduled in advance.
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy per scheduled session.
- No cancellation fee if the client cancels with more than 24-hours' notice and the client reschedules within one-week of cancelled session.
- There is a maximum allowance of two excused cancellations due to emergency or sudden illness.
- A minimum of two personal training sessions per week is recommended.
